How many people can the outdoor tent sleep?
Our tents can include up to 4 twin air mattresses or 2 queen size air mattresses comfortably - or a combination of 1 queen, and 4 twins. If you're interested in roughing it (without beds), the tent can sleep 8-10 people in their own sleeping bags.
Can I reserve multiple outdoor tents?
Yes, please include this when booking your experience.
Do you pitch at campgrounds?
Yes, we do accommodate setups at campgrounds. Currently we are setting up at campgrounds on the South side of Lake Lanier. You can book a Friday on the calendar and choose the Campsite Add-On to book Friday and Saturday night. Contact us for more info.
How much does delivery cost?
There is no cost for delivery or setup for locations within 15 miles of Suwanee Town Square. Anything beyond that, please contact us for details.
When do you set up/tear down?
Set up happens mid-day and takes approximately 1-2 hours. We return mid-day at the end of your booking to remove the equipment, which also takes about 1-2 hours.
How does bedding work?
We provide air mattresses, high-quality bed sheets, duvet and cover for queen size beds. For twin beds and children's beds, we provide sheet sets only. For children, we recommend sleeping bags, their favorite blankies, or for an extra "campy" feel, those old blankets you have sitting in a storage bin in your basement. We do not provide sleeping pillows, because nothing feels better than your own pillow.
How does the theater experience work?

Can I cancel my reservation?
You can receive a full refund if you contact us a minimum of 14 days before your booking date. If you want to cancel within 14 days of your booking date, the full amount paid can be applied to a different date.
What if it rains?
The tent is 100% rainproof. If light rain is expected, we will set up as normal. If severe weather or lightening is expected, you can reschedule the day of your booking. Reschedule dates are based on availability.
Do you offer discounts for multiple nights?
We do not currently offer discounts on the nightly base rates. Add-ons, however, are free for any additional nights.
What areas do you serve?
As for now, we serve the Sugar Hill, Buford, Suwannee, Johns Creek area. Please contact us if you are beyond this area. We are willing to work with you under certain conditions.
